Bolt-Down COD Frame Mounted Solutions
These Frame Mounted Systems are installed and commissioned within hours and bring the site into compliance. These systems are pre-commissioned and include COD Analysis and many other parameters as standard. The device easily integrade on Modbus TCP/IP and data is recorded locally and accessible via the Bluegate Cloud System
Sample Extraction Systems
These systems are designed for extraction of a sample from a low flow rate source, from an Atex Chamber or Environment or from a chemical-water source where pre-mixing is required prior to sample extraction and sampling.
Nutrient Monitoring for Large Scale Manufactuing.
Large Pre-built enclsoures to support the measurement and analysis of waste water for Total Nitrogen, Total Phosphate, COD and pH. These systems are complex but are pre-built and pre-commissioned prior to delivery to site. Mounted on stainless steel plinth with adjustable legs to facilitate in-bund locations. Automatic auto-wash filtration systems ensure these systems can operate under difficult loading conditions. These systems are ideal for Pharmaceutical and The large Processing Industry deployment.
Many Options are available as to the fit out, trim, alarm notification, sample supply line, sample extraction lines and waste lines. These are agreed in advance however some flexability and minute changes can occur during or after installation. We work with our cusotmers to ensure the design meets the required specification and the system operates as expected, even in difficult applications.
Compliance and Reporting
All Data is stored locally on our Bluebox Technology and manual retrieval is via USB. However in most cases we provide Bluegate, the online cloud where data is uploaded at 2 minute intervals and available to trend , graph , tabulate and compare. Cloud data provision is easily incorporated into an annual service contract and it also facilitates both email and SMS Alarm functionality.
Parametric Monitoring
We can monitor almost all required discharge parameters to include pH, Temperatrue, ElectroConductivity , COD, TOC, BOD, ORP , Dissolved Oxygen, Total Nitrogen, Ortho-Phosphate, Total Phosphate, %-UVT , Oil-On-Water, Hydrocarbon analysis , suspended solids and SAC. We calibrate our sensors with standard laboratory methods ensuring the verification of our measurements
